Shipping Policy
DELIVERY TIMES
Violet Studio is UK based. You will find the estimated delivery time for your order and the cost of shipping at the checkout page. Our domestic customers can choose next day or standard 3-5 working day delivery. European shipping destinations have an estimated shipping time of 3-10 working days. For our international customers the delivery estimate is 5-15 working days. These delivery times include processing time and are simply estimates that may vary due to impacts that are out of our control.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your parcel tracking information. If you cannot find your shipping email, or your link is not working, please get in touch via info@violetstudiostore.com.
If it has been more than 10 working days since the tracking was last updated and you suspect it has been lost, please get in touch with us via email for assistance and we will help you look into the issue.
SHIPPING ADDRESS AMENDMENT
You may contact us to amend your shipping address within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate the change. In any case you may have to place your order again with the updated delivery address. It should be noted that we cannot guarantee an address change so please triple check your delivery address at checkout.
TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS
In general, you rarely need to pay any taxes when you place an order with us. Parcels with an order value below £135 should be free from handling fees.
If you place an order with a value of £135 or higher, your order may be subject to customs duties and handling fees. If you have received a fee or import taxes from customs on an order under £135 going to the UK, please let us know and we will look into this right away.
On Global orders outside of Europe taxes and duties may apply.
NOT-AT-HOME DELIVERY OPTIONS
Unfortunately, at this time our delivery partners are unable to leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place. All deliveries must be accepted by the recipient on the order form or a household/family member at the exact shipping address with no exceptions.
DAMAGED PARCELS
Please ensure that prior to signing for any deliveries, you check that the packaging is intact - this is very important as we use a third-party courier and unfortunately will be unable to accept claims for damages that have been caused in transit where the item has been signed for as 'packaging intact'.
If, once you unpack your order you find that it is damaged in any way, please notify us immediately via email at info@violetstudiostore.com within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to attach photographic evidence of any damages (caused to the item and/or packaging) in order for us to process your claim as quickly as possible. Any damaged items will then be either replaced free of charge, or a return and refund will be issued.
